Comfortable spot in the heart of Venice

It was in a good location right in the middle of the landmarks in Venice. The place was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was really good for the hot days in Venice.

Some of the utensils were a bit dirty and there were some utilities that were damaged, such as the flush button.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Location is great (we couldn’t find the door at first but Robi came and met us and was so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, shower was good

It would be good if the bathroom bin could be emptied daily as you can’t flush toilet paper

We only had one night here so it was a great location and close to many attractions.

Very spacious for our family of 5. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A few minutes walk to St Mark’s Square

no lift but the host helped us with our bags so it was much appreciated

great and spacious stay in the heart of the city!

I like the staff who took care of us. We originally reserved this place for just one night instead of two. when we decided to go ahead with 2nd night due to the location right in the heart of the city, Rabbani took care of us right away. there was a little misunderstanding on our part, Rabbani went far and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and understand the situation kindly. Rabbani is a wonderful staff who is patient and would stay as long as it took to clarify some things until we are happy. we were able to leave our luggages after we checked out which is very helpful. the facility is mostly clean and we love the spacious rooms that come with separate living room and bedrooms. we will be back again! thanks Rabbani!

Wonderful

Great location, quiet, clean. Due to flight delays, I didn't arrive until 1:00 am but the owner was waiting at the boat stop to show me to the property and give me the keys. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment.

there was a hot water kettle and cups, but no coffee to make in the morning

Confortable bed & great location for a quick stay in Venice

Great location, very clean and comfortable bed!

No elevator- knew this going in but a little difficult to get luggage up stairs. No extra amenities but all we needed for us to get by!

Room was spacious.. amenities are bit old.. location was superb..easy to access.. i personaly like the d facilities and satisfied..

My room was in 3rd floor..so if u hav big bags then bringing it up and down will be a big task.. rest all fine..

I liked it. Next time I will stay longer.

There was no breakfast but places enough in the neighbourhood to find some. The host was very welcoming when I arrived. When he heard that I had difficulty doing a lot of stairs, he offered me another location on the first floor instead of the third floor. That was very kind.

The comfort was very basic. But the bed was fine, the heat was working well and the place itself was very quiet. And it was not even 5 minutes walking to the San Marco place. How wonderful is that?

Clean, spacious room with a private bathroom in a great location. The stuff was extremely friendly, if you have a problem finding the location - contact the owner via Booking or Whatsapp, he answers instantaneously and speaks perfect English.

Superb

The location is superb. Everything is in reach by foot. Host is really nice and always there for you. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room is nice and modern.

It gets a little noisy at night but this didn't affect our sleep.

It is at a excelent location. The owner is friendly and approachable. For example, we were able to leave later and use the kitchen even though it wasn’t included in the price. Very clean and comfortable bed. We were very satisfied.
